For all the vegans and vegetarians, I know how much you all absolutely love the Impossible Burger. It lets you enjoy “meat” while being guilt free. Well now there’s even more reason to love it as it’s now kosher too! The Orthodox Union gave the Impossible Burger its kosher certification.
Now what is an Impossible Burger exactly? Well it’s plant-based made up of potato protein, coconut oil, wheat protein, water, and the molecule heme which gives it the meat taste. The Impossible Burger is already sold in 1,500 restaurants and is probably the biggest vegan burger option right now.
