This is probably the easiest taco seasoning in the world. The great thing is that it goes great on just about ANY type of meat and is perfect for tacos and fajitas. Shhhh, you can even put it on ribs and smoke them in the outdoor smoker!
Check out the video of me making it!
Taco Seasoning
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of cumin
1/2 tablespoon of coriander
1/2 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicier)
Just combine and use on your favorite meat for tacos or fajitas!!!

I’m not a spicy type of person, but some of the other peeps I know are. However, I like the cheezy twist to the taco shells, and everything else. I would just tone down the spice only so I can enjoy just because I don’t tolerate spicy well, but make it spicy for anyone else I may be fixing them for. I don’t know why I never heard of you; I just stumbled upon one of your pages! I’m glad I did, though! From one cook to another, I wish you nothing but goodness! I appreciate YOU!
So… these… were… AWESOME!!! I followed along and cooked with him! When I tell you that they taste so good! I’ve been to one of his dinners here in Atlanta, so I trusted his creative genius… adding that sugar was a test of my confidence in him,BUT… he was right!! I was supposed to be making these for my family for dinner! Two of them did not make it! I am going to make that corn he spoke of and some black beans! Taco Tuesday tonight!
