Peeps is probably the only candy besides candy corn that is designated for one holiday and one holiday only. Personally, I’ve never really been into them but they’ve been around for years so they must be good to someone. This year they’re doing something a little bit more…spicy (lol). You know the candy Hot Tamales, right? It’s a little spicy and red? Well, they’re teaming up with Peeps to give us a Fierce Cinnamon flavor.
I’m just going to say this now, issa no for me dawg. When I think marshmallow, the last thing I think of going with is ‘fierce cinnamon’. I don’t want cinnamon anywhere near my marshmallows unless we’re talking hot chocolate or some cool kind of cinnamon s’mores.
If you’re a little bit more openminded than I am, you’re in luck. You don’t have to wait until the Easter season to try this new flavor. They’ve already been spotted in Kroger stores. Hopefully, they’re in more places soon. You already know I’m passing on this one but how do you feel? Is this a smash or a pass?
