Usually, when I do these ‘smash or pass’ posts it’s an easy decision for me. Either the item in question looks really good or just really, really bad. This time I’m really stuck in the middle I don’t know what to think so I especially need your help this time. Cap’n Crunch is coming out with their own pancake mix and I have no idea how to feel about it.
We all know Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries is one of the best cereals of all time. That really isn’t up for debate and if you want to debate do it with your auntie, not me. Now that we have that cleared up, I don’t know how I would feel about cereal in my pancake mix even if it is one of the best cereals out there.
The Cap’n Crunch Berrytastic Pancake Mix will be buttermilk flavored and bits of the Cap’n Crunch berries mixed in. In theory, it sounds delicious but I just have this feeling it might not be as good as it seems. I’m more than open to giving them a try but I definitely don’t want a box of pancake mix just sitting in my pantry and I don’t want to have to waste either. There’s no release date on the pancake mix just yet, but when it does drop I’ll be sure to let you all know. In the meantime what do you think, smash or pass?
