This recipe is so easy to do and it’s a lot of fun. Sometimes I really get in the mood for just a good Asian dish. Especially one that takes about 20 minutes to do. This is perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen, but you want something that’s healthy too. I’ll show you how I make this recipe in a full video which is coming soon! In the meantime, try it out and enjoy!

For the sauce,

¼ cup of soy sauce

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

2 teaspoons of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon of minced ginger

1 teaspoon of cornstarch

1 pound of shrimp

1 ½ cups of chopped asparagus

Scallions, chopped

1 cup of bell peppers, chopped

Cooked pasta

Sesame seeds

Start by mixing all the ingredients for the sauce. Then, in a pan, saute the shrimp, peppers, and asparagus in a bit of oil until just about done. Then, toss in the sauce, the pasta, and scallions. Mix to coat evenly. Then, garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
