A couple of weeks ago I let y’all know about the romaine lettuce that was affected by E.coli. Unfortunately at the time I let you all know that one person had died. But the great news now is that romaine lettuce should be safe.

According to the Center of Disease Control, the Yuma, Arizona strain that was affected should now be off the shelves since the lettuce has 21-day freshness period. This has been the biggest outbreak in 12 years, and since I last updated you guys over 20 more people were affected. Hopefully you all remain safe and the strain really is gone!
