Probably the simplest roasted chicken recipe I’ve ever created. Here ya go!!!

3 pounds of chicken wings

1 tablespoon of Kosher salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of dried Italian herbs

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. In a bowl, mix all the herbs together. Rub the olive oil all over the wings and sprinkle the spice mixture over the wings being sure to coat them well.

3. Place the wings on a sheet tray and roast in the oven for about 35 minutes – or until they’re golden brown.

Side note: I served these with a cilantro chimichurri – it was delicious. Just take a bunch of chopped cilantro and mix it with a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper, and a dash of red wine vinegar and olive oil. I threw in a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick.
