Let’s just get right into it. Cuz it’s that good!
-1 pound of angel hair pasta

-3 tablespoons of olive oil

-3 tablespoons of butter

-1/2 pound of shrimp, cleaned

-1/2 pound of lobster meat

-5 cloves of minced garlic

-1/2 cup of diced onion

-1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice

-basil, chopped for garnish

-1/2 cup of good white wine

-salt and pepper to taste

-Parmesan cheese, to garnish

*for am extra added kick, I always shake in a few red pepper flakes, dried Italian herb seasoning, and a little garlic powder!
1. Heat the oil and butter together until melted, then cook the onion and garlic together until fragrant.

2. Then, toss in the shrimp and lobster and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just about done.

3. Add in the white wine and lemon juice and cook until the sauce has reduced by half and is slightly thick. Toss in the pasta and coat it with the sauce.

4. Lastly, garnish by adding fresh chopped basil and Parmesan cheese.
