1 3-4 pound pork roast

2 bottles of good beer

2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon

1 teaspoon of dried oregano

5 cloves of garlic, chopped

To garnish: warm pita, tzatziki (store-bought), sliced onion, sliced tomato, and feta cheese.

Add the pork roast to a pressure cooker along with the beer, chicken bouillon, oregano, and garlic. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until super tender. Remove the roast and slice into serving sizes.

Heat a skillet and add in the slices of pork. Also, add in a few spoonfuls of the braising liquid and cook with the pork for just a few minutes.

To serve, add the store-bought tzatziki to the bottom of a warm pita. Then, top with the pork and any toppings you’d like. Enjoy immediately.
