Y’all this is too much. Entirely too much. And if this happened to me I’d be heated. A Publix decided to censor a graduation cake because it read “Summa Cum Laude”. Instead of “Summa Cum Laude” the cake read, “Summa —- Laude”.
Like seriously? The woman who placed the order for her son’s graduation party said the Publix site wouldn’t even let her type the word ‘Cum’ but she put in the notes what it meant in this situation. The Publix still decided to censor the cake anyway.
That is just so embarrassing for the family. I would be so annoyed if I had to explain why my graduation cake was censored. Especially when it was a cake as expensive as $70. What would y’all have done in this situation?
