Now, when was the last time you had fish sticks? Was that even classified as real fish? I have to admit, we used to eat these growing up. But, I’d gladly opt for the Friday night fish fry over what I knew as fish sticks. Welllllll, along came the idea to reinvent what I had growing up. Let’s just say, this is some good eating. Oh, and with the roasted garlic & lemon aioli, you can get down how you live!

Keto Fish Sticks with Roasted Garlic & Lemon Aioli
1 ½ pounds of white fish (of your choice) cut into strips
1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
1 cup of heavy cream mixed with a pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of almond flour
½ cup of coconut flour
Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Season the fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning. Then, in a separate bowl, add the heavy cream mixture. In another bowl, combine the almond and coconut flours. First, take the seasoned fish sticks and dredge them in the heavy cream mixture. Then, dip into the flour mix. Then, lay on a sheet tray and roast for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
For the aiolo, just mix 1 cup of mayo with 3 roasted garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and a squeeze of half a lemon. Serve the aioli with the fish sticks for dipping.
