Whew. Woke up this morning, slightly cold outside. You know what that mean? It’s about to be soup season. I’ve got a good one. It only takes 40 minutes from start to finish and you don’t even have to babysit it!

Turkey Wing Ramen

2 turkey wings

10 cups of water

1/2 onion, diced

10 cloves of garlic

About 2 inches of fresh ginger

1/4 cup of Chinese black vinegar

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup of chili oil

2 tablespoons of Rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Liquid seasoning

1 1/2 tablespoons of Chicken bouillon

1 tablespoon os Sesame oil

2 vegetable packets from the Ramen Noodles

2 packets of Ramen Noodle seasoning

2 packages of noodles

2 cups of sugar snap peas


Thinly sliced carrots

Bean sprouts

Chopped scallions

Sesame seeds

Add teh turkey wings and water to the Instant Pot and season with onion, garlic, ginger, Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, rice wine vinegar, liquid seasoning, chicken bouillon, and sesame oil. Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.

Then, remove the lid and add int he remaining ingredients.Serve up a bowl and garnish with any garnishes of your choice. 

Enjoy while warm.
