One of my fave combinations on earth is garlic with just about everything. Seriously, garlic and hennessy are a great combo. I use the pair in sauces, stews, salad dressings, etc. In this case, it’s a melted compound butter that goes together so damn well. It’s insanely delicious.
For the Hennessy Garlic Butter:
1 stick of butter
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup of Hennessy
1 teaspoon of dried chives

Just melt the butter an add garlic, salt, pepper, and the lemon juice together. Let is cook for a few minutes, then add in the Hennessy and chives. Another few minutes of cooking and your crab leg sauce is ready!
