Garlic Brazilian Butter Steak

1 pound of skirt steak, trimmed and cut into 2 pieces
1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of chopped cilantro
5 cloves of garlic

To start, preheat a cast iron skillet.

While it’s getting hot, smash the garlic cloves and mince them. Then, mix ½ teaspoon of Kosher salt and set aside.

After patting the steak dry, season with the rest of the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the skillet and brown on both sides until cooked to your desired temperature.

Then, melt the butter in the same pan. Add in the garlic and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Slice the steak and then spoon over the garlic butter. Sprinkle with the parsley and cilantro and serve.
