Creamy Parmesan Pasta

1 pound of angel hair pasta, cooked in salted water

1 cup of frozen peas (optional)

For the sauce

10 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup of olive oil

1 cup of diced pancetta (or bacon)

1/4 cup of onion, diced

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 tablespoon of black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1 pint of heavy cream

1 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Start by heating a skillet and adding in the olive oil, garlic, onion, and pancetta. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant and then season with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the pancetta has cooked through.

Then, add in the heavy cream and  parmesan cheese and cook on medium heat until the sauce has thickened. This should take about 7 minutes.

To finish, toss in the cooked pasta along with the peas. Garnish with fresh cracked pepper and enjoy.
