For the cabbage:

1 head of cabbage

1 onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

10 cloves of garlic, sliced

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 cups of chicken broth

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of onion powder

½ teaspoon of Cajun seasoning

2 teaspoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon

Set the pressure cooker to saute. Then, add in the oil and the smoked sausage. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Then, remove and set aside. 

To cook the cabbage, add in the onion, bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, chicken broth, and cabbage. Set the lid and turn the pressure cooker to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, release the pressure. Then season with garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and chicken bouillon.

To serve, add the cabbage to a platter and enjoy immediately.
