I’m always here for something that requires little cooking but tastes this good. And you know what? Cast iron cooking is right up my alley. It’s so easy and the food always turns out great. The key here is simple. Before adding any food to the pan, just make sure the pan is super hot. You can do that by putting it on the stove for a bit or preheat it in the oven. Either way, it’ll work!
Cast Iron Garlic Steak & Potatoes
1 NY Strip Steak
2 tablespoons of garlic butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1 sweet potato, cut into wedges
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1..Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and add the skillet to the oven so it gets hot.
2. Then, liberally season the potatoes an steak with a bit of salt and pepper.
3. When the skillet is hot, add the butter to the skillet. Then, add in the potatoes and the steak. Cook on high heat until the steak is done and potatoes are tender.
4. Since the steak needs about 3-4 minutes to rest before you cut into it, add the fresh thyme to the skillet just as the steak comes out of the oven. After it rests, enjoy!
Hello Darius my name Is Romona Whitaker . I was looking at FB this evening and saw you were offering how to enter into on-line business. I’m retired military spouse who just retired in Jan this year and my husband who retired from USAF in 2006 and will be retiring from USPS tomorrow after 10 yrs due to medical reasons. We are still young at 54 and 56 and don’t have as near as much money as we need to sit down and be comfortable. I would love the opportunity to work with you because I know you know your stuff. Been watching you for over a year and you have it going on young man. I know you said only 10 people and I don’t know if you have met your goal. Not computer wise but hope I’m not too late to get in.
