1 1/2 cups of mayo
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of anchovy paste
1 good pinch of salt
1 good pinch of pepper
1 good pinch of sugar
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
About 1 tablespoon of olive oil
*shaved Brussels
*Parmesan cheese
For the croutons:
2 cups of torn bread from a baguette
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 good pinch of salt
1 good pinch of pepper
1 good pinch of herbs de provence
*Melt the butter and olive oil together, then toss in all the ingredients and cook until the bread has toasted. Stir often while the bread it toasting.
For the dressing, add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Keep the dressing cool until you’re ready to use it. When you’re ready, toss with shaved Brussels, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and croutons.
