6 strips of bacon
1 stick of butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 good pinch of herbs de provence
1 good pinch of red pepper flakes
1 good pinch of creole seasoning
About 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs
1 good drizzle olive oil
3 salmon fillets
1 good pinch of Kosher salt
To garnish, lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Meanwhile, par cook the bacon in a skillet. Then, add it to a food processor. Also, add int he butter, garlic, herbs de Provence, red pepper flakes, Creole seasoning, and breadcrumbs. Pulse until well blended, then set aside.
Line the fish onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil and a pinch of salt, to taste. Top each piece of salmon with the bacon and Panko mixture and then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and delicious.
Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh lemon juice.
