It’s true. You read correctly. In a world where I love bacon, cheese, cream, and just about everything else that tastes really good, I’ve decided to go Vegan. Well, just for 31 days – but I’m still doing it!
Truth is. We do some sort of Jumpstart in January challenge every year. This year, we’re doing VEGAN!

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s go with the meal ideas for the 31 days. It’s like that school lunch calendar we all used to get…but better!
Wait: Before you read it. Let me say this. THIS IS JUST A GUIDE! Plus, this isn’t even cracking the surface on the videos, live streams, cooking classes, and ebook that’s coming. But, I want you to know that we’ll be eating more than just salads. And yes, I’ve figured out how to make banana pudding, peach cobbler, and even red velvet cake – all vegan. Let’s get ready to rumble!
Oh, one last thing to note. I’m not really with the meat substitutes and soy products. So, you’ll notice that this is mostly soy- and meat-substitute free! I figured, let’s go as plant based and unrefined as possible. Now, there are pastas, rice, refined sugar, and even white flour. Substitute where you please. In any case, all of that is healthier than a piece of fried chicken and a buttery biscuit. Can I get an AMEN?

I have been looking for wayermelin chow chow recipe and it keeps bringing me to your vegan challenge but not the recipe. Has it been removed or what am I doing wrong?
