Tequila Lime Scallops w/ Angel Hair

If it isn’t full of flavor and fast, then it’s not mine! Every time I enter the kitchen, I think of new ways to provide good food that doesn’t have to keep you hovering over the stove. Here’s the latest creation that you, and whomever bless it with, will enjoy! Happy Cooking!

2 tablespoons of olive oil

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1  cup of onion, sliced

½ stick of butter

1 teaspoon of dried italian herbs along with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper

1 pound of scallops

 

For the pasta

½ cup of salt

¾ pound of angel hair pasta

 

½  cup of tequila

The juice of 2 limes

½ cup of heavy cream

½ cup of fresh chopped basil
