Finally, the summer is here. There’s nothing I enjoy better than sitting outside and enjoying the weather while cooking! Grab a toasted bun and some mayo and let’s make some patty melts!

For the onions:
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt

Directions: Just cook on low until tender and caramelized. Simple1

For the burgers
1 pound of ground chicken
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions: In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, seasonings, and oil. Then, grill on both sides until done. Top with your favorite cheese! I used Muenster!
