I looooove mixing two of my faves – red velvet cake AND banana pudding! And it’s super easy. Here goes…
1 box of French Vanilla flavored Jello pudding
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of red food coloring
4 cups of whipped cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
5 bananas, sliced
2 packs of Pepperidge Farm Chessman Butter Cookies
1. Mix jello pudding, red food coloring, cocoa powder, and milk together and let stand for just one minute.
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and fold in the whipped cream.
3. Layer a dish with bananas, cookies, and the cream mixture. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours and enjoy.
