Pecan Shortbread Banana Puddin-Tini
Perhaps one of the easiest desserts ever…and actually, one of the tastiest. It’s so simple, you really don’t even need a recipe. But, I’ll give you one!
2 cups of heavy cream
1 box of French vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cups of cold milk
1 8-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
pecan shortbread cookies
store-bought caramel, for garnishing
1.. Combine the milk and instant pudding mix and it will thicken. Sit aside.
2. Whip heavy cream until it’s thick and add it to the instant pudding.
3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and fold the mixture carefully to mix.
4. Lastly, assemble the puddin-tinis by layering cookies, custard, and bananas. Set in the fridge for at least an hour to set up. To garnish, add more cookies, bananas, and caramel on top!
