I mean, who doesn’t love a good crispy wing? I know I do. Here’s a super easy wing recipe that’s a super cinch to whip up!

Crispy Old Bay Wings with Cucumber Ranch
1 pound of chicken wings, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon of Kosher salt
4 tablespoons of arrowroot powder (or flour)
Oil, for frying
For the cucumber ranch
1/2 a cucumber, grated
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup of sour cream
3/4 cups of mayo
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of Kosher salt
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the salt and Old Bay. Then, sprinkle in the arrowroot powder and toss to coat evenly. If you like more of a battered chicken, add a bit more arrowroot powder.
Meanwhile, preheat the oil.
Fry the wings on both sides until golden brown and crispy. If you’d like, sprinkle over a bit more Old Bay seasoning as the wings are draining on paper towels.
To make the cucumber ranch, just combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Keep chilled in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
