I love getting the chance to tell you all about new vegan foods. If there’s one thing I learned so far, during this month of cooking vegan recipes, it’s that vegan options are so hard to come by. Well, let me rephrase that. GOOD vegan options are hard to come by. I did my part with my Vegan, But With Soul Cookbook (preorder here!) but I’m here to tell you about a new vegan snack that might be just as tasty. Daiya is releasing SIX new flavors of vegan yogurt!
Mmm, dairy-free yogurt with a nice amount of protein (6 grams to be exact) and low in sugar? I’m definitely here for it. This new recipe made with coconut milk (yum!) will come in six new flavors: Black Cherry, Peach, Blueberry, Vanilla Bean, Strawberry, and Plain. See? You can be vegan and enjoy the same snacks as all the people who are convinced you eat nothing but lettuce! And it doesn’t hurt that this healthier than most yogurts out there. These should be in stores now. Will you be trying them?
