1 large smoked turkey leg (cooked until tender)
1 cup of blanched collard green leaves, sliced
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of shredded provolone
1 jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 store-bought pizza crust
1 teaspoon of good olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Stretch out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Apply a thin layer of the sauce over the pizza dough. Then, arrange the collard greens and smoked turkey by adding as much as you’d like. Top with mozzarella and provolone and then season with garlic power, and olive oil. Lastly, drizzle some olive oil all over the pizza, especially the crust, and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the pizza is golden brown. Serve immediately.
