Here’s a recipe that’s perfect for the holiday. The great thing is that it cooks in less than 20 minutes. Can’t wait for you to try!!!

4 cups of diced apples

1 store bought pie crust

3/4 cup of prepared caramel sauce

1 cup of salted peanuts, shelled

1/2 cup of sugar

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

About 3/4 cup of turbinado sugar

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1..Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2..In a large bowl, combine the diced apples with the sugar, caramel sauce, and lemon juice.

3..Arrange the apples in the middle of the pie crust. Then pour around the peanuts and fold up the sides of the pie crust.

4. Brush each of the sides of the crust with heavy cream and then top with turbinado sugar. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. This looks amazing & I can’t wait to try! I’m a bit confused on step 3. You wrote pour around the peanuts after arranging the apples in the middle of the pie crust before baking it. But in the video, you added the peanuts at the very end. Please advise! Also, if I was to make this a day ahead of time how would I store it? Should I just leave it out at room temp or refrigerate it overnight? Thanks!
