For all of my vegans out there, alternative dairy products are essential to keeping a balance diet. So I’m sorry to tell you that one of the most popular brands of almond milk, Almond Breeze, is being recalled for having cow’s milk.
According to Delish, if you have a carton of the refrigerated Vanilla Almond Breeze milk with the expiration date of September 2nd and UPC bar code of 1570 05621 then you may be affected. The milk is technically safe to consume unless you have a milk allergy or you’re vegan. So please be careful!
The affected milk was sent to 28 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
