This is so cool. This year there will be a Starbucks with employees that can sign for the deaf community. In Washington D.C. deaf or hard of hearing customers can find baristas and employees that will all be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

According to Delish, this store will have artwork and a custom mug by a deaf artist. Even the aprons worn by employees will either read “I sign” or “ASL” if they’re hearing or hard of hearing, respectively. I’m glad Starbucks is doing this and hopefully more chains decide to do something like this as well!
