Now I know, I know. Taco Bell isn’t authentic Mexican food. And how did it even beat out Chipotle? I understand what y’all are probably thinking. The Harris Poll EquiTrend Study allowed people to choose from six different restaurants: Moe’s, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Baja Fresh, Qdobo, and Del Taco. So from these options it’s kind of clear why Taco Bell took this one.

People were asked to consider the familiarity of the brand, quality, and future consideration. Which again surprises me a little that Chipotle didn’t win this. However, in 2016 Chipotle did win and Moe’s won in 2017. Do you all agree with the ‘rest of America’? Or do you think your favorite Mexican spots need a recount?
