So, listen. I love all things rib eye…boneless or otherwise. When you add tons of delicious fixins and warm toasty pita bread, I’m literally all in. I made this dish the other day on Facebook Live. What you need to know is this – you can use whatever dried herbs you typically fancy. Mine were dried basil, dried oregano, dried fennel, and coriander (plus, I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder). It’s really just that simple. Watch how I cook up the steaks and whip up the tzatziki. The recipe for the sauce is below.

Cucumber Yogurt Sauce (Tzatziki Sauce)
-2 tablespoons of low fat Greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons of low fat sour cream
-1 good pinch of salt and pepper
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-the juice of half a lemon
-1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
-1/2 an English cucumber, grated using a box grater
1.. Combine all of the ingredients well. Place in a bowl and refrigerate until it’s time to serve.
