Who doesn’t love a good salmon recipe? I know, no one. This one is great because it’s simply seasoned with really fresh ingredients. And the roast is a slow one – 275 degrees for about 25 minutes, to be exact. That allows for a succulent and juicy side of salmon that’s moist, stays moist, and flakes apart just the way salmon is supposed to.

Oh, and for the “all kinds of good stuff,” it’s garlic oil with toasted garlic, fresh dill, fresh cilantro, and fresh lemon. I mean, could this get any better? Here’s the recipe:

Slow Roasted Salmon

-1 side of salmon, skin removed

-1 tablespoon of Kosher salt

-1 teaspoon of fresh cracked black pepper

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the side of salmon on the parchments paper and liberally season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
