1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
4 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Fresh parsley to garnish
1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat then add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minutes – stirring occasionally.
2. Add the shrimp and saute just until they’re done. Season with salt and pepper and the juice of two lemons.
3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
