I mean, there are some times when you just have to thank God. His creation of short ribs are one of those moments. As if short ribs weren’t delicious enough, I took it a step further and created this beauty – braised short rib spaghetti. You can really start with any leftover short ribs. Braised Short Rib Spaghetti

2 cups of diced leftover braised short ribs

4 cups of good tomato pasta sauce (need a recipe? Click here. Wanna see the video? Click here.)

1 pound of cooked spaghetti, cooked and drained

1 tablespoon of fresh oregano

1 cup of grated Parmesan

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

 

1. Warm the pasta sauce through in a large skillet. Toss in the braised short ribs to heat through.

2. One the pasta sauce has warmed through, toss in the pasta and oregano. Garnish by topping with Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Serve with garlic bread.IMG_7026
