What happens when you get home and realize you need to get dinner on the table, but there’s a bottle of Bacardi rum staring you in the face? You combine the two, of course. Here ya go!
1 pound of chicken wings – frozen works just fine
1 teaspoon of Kosher salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of achiote powder (look in the Latin aisle – if you can’t find it, it’s okay – you can substitute paprika instead)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of Bacardi Limon
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all the spices together and sprinkle over the chicken. Then pour over the olive oil and Bacardi.
