I just finished whipping up this 14 ingredient smoothie live and wanted to post the ingredients here. There are no measurements, just pour and dump!

-Frozen Berries (I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)
-a handful of walnuts
-half a mango
-a handful and a half of spinach
-a spoonful of ground flaxseed
-a spoonful of ground chia seed
-a spoonful of hemp hearts
-a spoonful of be pollen
-1 pack of frozen acai pulp
-light agave nectar, to sweeten
-100% pure carrot juice
-100% fruit juice, your choice
*Just put in a blender and blend until smooth!
You can mix and match as you please!
